Air Coload Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research and analyze information on the Logistics and Forwarding services market;
• Identify customers with demand for domestic and international air freight services, introduce and sell the Company’s services;
• Consult, develop freight solutions, and sign contracts with customers;
• Handle customer complaints within your scope of responsibility;
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and continue to generate cargo volume from them;
• Conduct direct marketing, promote the Company’s brand, and deliver high-quality services to customers;
• Propose feedback and suggestions on business services and Company systems to improve customer service quality;
• Report and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager and Branch Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Economics, International Business, Logistics, Transportation, Marketing, Economics, etc.;
• Minimum 6 months of experience in air export, air freight, or air co-loader sales;
• Passion for sales and customer-facing roles;
• Proactive, honest, responsible, and a strong team player;
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
• Good command of English in both communication and technical terms.
